Trash removal
Weekly scheduled or as needed trash removal. 

For weekly scheduled trash removal the cost is calculated per sq. ft. For residential construction the per square foot cost is for all the livable square footage including the garage. For as needed trash removal we charge a trip charge and a dump charge.  The dump charge is calculated based on how much room the debris takes up in our trucks combined with the weight of the load.  We can pick up loose piles of debris (that includes discarded framing lumber and siding). 

For residential construction the builder builds a 8' x 8' x 4' box that is used during the construction.  When the building is complete we remove the box at no extra charge.  For commercial construction we are flexible and can either use a construction box similar to residential construction or a custom solution.

Pressure Washing

For residential construction we offer HOT pressure washing of the concrete flatwork (garage, driveway, entry way and porches).  For commercial construction pressure washing the areas designated by the builder are washed. The cost is based on trip charge and an hourly rate.

We also do rewashes and general washing of buildings or equipment.

Street Sweeping

We do street and parking lot sweeping.  We can do it on a as needed basis or a weekly, bi weekly or monthly schedule.  We can do it during business hours or after hours.
